I’m Jake.  I started Lawlor Solutions out of a Starbucks management job and a stubborn obsession with what AI could actually do for business logistics — back when most people were still calling it a gimmick.

It started with one client, Junk In Our Trunk, where I quietly automated their entire invoicing process and saved the owner two hours a night.  His reaction was simple: “What else can we do?”  That question became the company.

Today, I work with owners across every kind of operation — not because they have it figured out, but because they’re open.  They say “trust me, go fix the thing,” and we go fix the thing together.  If that sounds like you, we’ll get along.
